Position Overview

As a Support Associate at Klein Hersh, your role is to drive efficiency through research, technology, and internal communication.  You will take an active role in the search and recruitment process, posting job orders and ads, creating supporting materials throughout the search process (PowerPoint presentations, Excel files, etc.), managing search pipelines, and researching websites and/or databases for potential clients, candidates, and competitors for your team.  You will be responsible for the technical aspects of the business including database management, recommending/evaluating research tools, and social media/website/central directory content in compliance with management directives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct research using a variety of resources, including data sourcing tools, company websites, job boards, referrals, networking and social media in order to: 
    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of a specific industry and to identify potential client companies and hiring authorities within a specific Marketplace
    • Identify potential candidates for client job orders
    • Compile general information such as company lists, association memberships, certification lists and other non-recruiting information
  • Organize and prepare fee agreements, job descriptions (create and post on supporting sites), candidate submittal packets, candidate pipelines, status updates, and any marketing presentations for clients.
  • Maintain and update candidate and client information within company ATS
  • Maintain and update teams practice information and job postings on company website
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills within Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Boolean Search techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
  • Ability to work well within a fast-pace environment
