Zach Spitz is a client partner in the Regulatory practice at Klein Hersh. Since joining Klein Hersh in 2014, Zach has played an integral role in building the Regulatory practice, while becoming recognized nationally as one of the top executive search consultants for recruiting talented leaders in regulatory strategy, CMC, promotional regulatory & labeling, and regulatory operations functions.
As a member of the regulatory practice, Zach’s responsibilities include:
- Supporting pharma and biotech organizations, including seed-stage companies, small to mid-sized biotechs, and large pharmaceutical companies on the placement of regulatory affairs professionals to manage critical regulatory functions and milestones.
- Building relationships and engaging with a large network of top level Regulatory talent in the Pharma and Biotech industries.

Zach boasts over 13 years combined recruiting experience across technical services in healthcare and life sciences. Zach is a graduate of Penn State University.
