Tom Hayes leads the Quality (QA, QC, QE) & Regulatory Compliance practice at Klein Hersh. He assists clinical staged, mid-sized, and large cap biopharma clients hire quality leaders.
As the leader of the quality practice, Tom’s responsibilities include:
- Recruiting vice presidents and heads of quality for biopharmaceutical innovators (cell & gene therapies) as well as traditional biopharmaceutical companies working with small molecules and biologics.
- This spans various technologies and includes both sponsor clients and service companies: contract research organizations (CRO) and contract manufacturing organizations (CDMO/CMO).
Since joining Klein Hersh in 2010, Tom has developed a proven track record helping clients hire quality leaders across all areas of GxP Quality Assurance (GLP, GCP, GMP), along with Quality Control & Quality Engineering.
