His expertise includes:
- Partnering with early-stage seed to small, mid-sized & large public biotech and big pharma companies for the recruitment of top executive and R&D talent
- Placing industry leaders such as CSO, CTO, CDO, Head of Chemistry, Head of CMC/Technical Operations and Head of Computational Chemistry
Evan built and leads our Human Resources & Talent Acquisition practice helping stealth, emerging and public companies shape their people function.
His partners can expect a proactive, high-touch, fun, and collaborative experience delivering top industry talent quickly and efficiently. He places a strong emphasis on building deep, meaningful & long-lasting relationships with both his client & candidate communities.
Prior to joining Klein Hersh in January 2020, Evan was President of The Payroll Store (TPS), a payroll & employee benefits company that was acquired by ADP. He is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
