Job Description:

This position will provide the technical expertise necessary to deploy and support ECM applications though out my client’s company.  Enterprise Content Management will provide a critical capability for my client to efficiently and effectively manage the documents used throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deploy ECM applications which will meet the needs of the R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations
  • Develop ECM reports
  • Develop and support interfaces from ECM systems other systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
  • Execute test plans and document results
  • Collect of user requirements
  • Follow established IT standards, work practices, and a global change control process.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in computer science
  • At least 2 years of experience in a global life sciences environment deploying and supporting ECM applications
  • Hands-on technical experience with Documents required
  • Programming and system interfacing experience required
  • Working knowledge of Oracle databases, IP networks, and Intel servers
  • Strong desire to grow technically at an accelerated rate
  • Must be able to sustain a strong working relationship with team members and user community
