Director of R&D Project Management

Director of R&D Project Management
Our client is a leading privately held pharmaceutical company focusing in the areas of inflammation and cardiovascular disease. We are currently seeking a Director of R&D Project Management to provide strategic and technical leadership for the company’s NBE development portfolio. He/she will interface with senior research and development leadership in developing the NBE portfolio and project strategies. He/she will be responsible for managing projects in the US and abroad. Depending on the level of the individual, he or she may also be responsible for leading a small team of direct reports.
Requirements:
- PhD, MD, or equivalent (MSc or PharmD)
- 5+ years industry experience specifically overseeing NBE development
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High energy level
